Let’s start with this. There might be multiple reasons why Sitecore Analytics is not recording data, but here are the most common in my opinion.

One of our clients in the company I work for, recently reported an issue with the media URLs generated by Sitecore:

“Security issue found on server by NGINIX security server (Blocked Request 406). The hyphen needs to be removed from: ‘/-/media/setf/logos/header_logo.png’ as it is identified as Traversal Probe”

As Sitecore developers is important to know the different resources we have available so we can get a hand when needed, which is pretty much all the time in my case.

Continuing with the previous post of Sitecore goals basics, this post contains the last three steps.

Goals are activities that visitors can perform on websites. Goals are created to track and measure how visitors engage with websites and campaigns (online and offline). For example:

• Download a brochure
• Register for an email newsletter
• Visit a particular page
• Sign up for an online demo
